PILATES + FiTNESS

Rea holds a Diploma in Clinical Pilates and Certificate IV in Pilates. She is passionate about movement as therapy and fitness being fun. She has served as a lead instructor, mentor and studio manager for prominent Melbourne studios. Rea draws on her years of collegiate competitive cheer-dance to encourage going to the next level (whether higher lifts or lower squats in fitness or overcoming physical barriers).
