Do I need to book?

We’d love it if you did so we can make sure there’s enough room for everyone.   You can book into any class online here or feel free to call us on 0473 252 861 and we can book you in.


What time should I arrive?


For your first class, please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to settle in and get comfy. We’ll show you around and have a conversation about any of your injuries or special needs.

From then on please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class starts. The studio door is locked when the class starts. If you are late you will miss your class. Our classes start and finish on time.


How many classes can I come to with my $57 for 30 days pass?

You can come to as many classes as you can fit into 30 consecutive days!

We also provide mats all you need to bring with you is a towel and a drink bottle.


What experience do I need for Barre?

No dance experience required, just give it a go, you’ll love it!


You can attend Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Barre and Reformer Pilates.
